Headshot days run in your office. People move through in ten minute slots, choose their image before they leave, and the whole organisation ends up looking like one company rather than ten years of different cameras.
Ten minute slots
Around twenty people in a half day, forty in a full day. We set up in a meeting room and share a booking schedule your team can send round.
Chosen on the spot
An assistant runs selection there and then, so nobody leaves unsure how they looked and nobody has to be chased afterwards.
One consistent look
We record the lighting and backdrop from your first session, so new starters photographed months later match the people already on your website.
Retouched and delivered
Finished headshots arrive within seven to ten working days, sized for your people directory, LinkedIn and pitch documents. Faster turnaround is available.

Video captured and edited by the same team that covers your photography, so one brief covers both and everything looks like it came from the same day.
Keynotes, panels and firesides
Full recordings on two cameras with our own audio, ready for your intranet, your YouTube channel or the people who couldn't make it.
Highlight films
A short edit of the day, typically sixty to ninety seconds, that tells people what happened and why it mattered.
Vox pops
A microphone and a quiet corner at an event we're already covering, with your people answering one question on camera.
Short edits for social
Vertical cuts for LinkedIn and Instagram made from footage already captured, so there's no extra shoot day.

Terms and conditions
These terms govern services provided by Love and Escapism Ltd, trading as Fourth Quarter. By paying a deposit or invoice, the client confirms they have read and agreed to them.
Services
We provide the photography, video and related services described in the agreed quote or invoice.
Payment
- Where a deposit is requested, the booking is confirmed once it is received.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellation after a booking is confirmed forfeits any deposit paid.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking is charged in full.
- Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice is free where a new date is agreed within 60 days.
Copyright and usage
- Love and Escapism Ltd retains copyright in all images and footage.
- The client receives a licence for the usage agreed in writing. Any other use requires written approval.
- We will not sell or license your images to any third party without your written permission.
- We may use a small selection of work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Liability
- If we are unable to deliver because of technical failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected work.
- The client agrees to indemnify Love and Escapism Ltd against claims arising from use of the work outside the agreed licence.
These terms, together with the quote or invoice, form the entire agreement between the client and Love and Escapism Ltd.
